HR Answers The Alliance has teamed with HR Answers, a premiere human resources consulting firm, to offer HR support for Alliance provider member organizations. HR Answers has custom-designed a version of its Advantage Plan program to provide information, advice and support regarding all aspects of the HR function to Alliance members for a small monthly fee. Under the Advantage Plan, Alliance members have unlimited access to the HR Answers team of professional, certified consultants. You can call when you have questions about an employee termination, grievances, staff conflicts, hiring decisions, disciplinary actions or any of the myriad issues that arise when dealing with employees. You can request support materials such as sample forms, job descriptions, handbook or policy language, or sample interview questions.
