The Care Center is attached to, and functions as a department of, St. Elizabeth Health Services, an accredited acute care hospital. Our average daily census is 40 residents. The DNS:

  • Provides managerial and programmatic direction for the Care Center that includes accountability for planning, directing, and monitoring operational and patient outcomes
