Health and Dental Benefits
The Alliance offers facility members access to comprehensive employee
benefits through our consultant partner, USI. The program offers:
- Medical through Kaiser Permanente (core HMO or PPO) or a defined
benefit package
- New student out-of-area benefit through Kaiser
- Vision coverage through Vision Service Plan
- Dental coverage: Willamette Dental, Kaiser Dental, or self-funded
plan administered by AAI
- Life Insurance/AD&D and supplemental with Regence Life
and Health
- Flexible Spending Account – Section 125, administered
through AAI
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Providence
