Who We Are
Established in 1979, LeadingAge Oregon is the state association of not-for-profit, mission-directed organizations dedicated to providing quality housing, health, community and related services to the elderly and disabled. LeadingAge Oregon members set the standards for the field through service excellence and mission-driven objectives. LeadingAge Oregon member organizations embrace values that emphasize individual dignity, self-respect, personal independence and a supportive environment for the elders they serve.
Proprietary facilities and organizations that share our mission and values are welcome as Associate Provider members.

Our members serve more than 13,000 older Oregonians with a commitment to meet their total needs: social, physical, emotional, spiritual and environmental.
LeadingAge Oregon is the Oregon state affiliate of LeadingAge, a national association of 5,500 not-for-profit organizations dedicated to expanding the world of possibilities for aging. Non-profit providers who join LeadingAge Oregon also become members of LeadingAge.
