The Innovative Program Award is presented to the Alliance provider member organization that has developed the most creative and innovative program to benefit elders.

Silver Stars

The Silver Star award is designed to honor the dedicated, hard-working staff who have made elder care their mission.  Silver Stars are awarded to any staff member who has been employed at an Alliance member facility or organization for 25 years or more.
